Safety, Conduct, and Enforcement

This policy sets conduct expectations for PlayerBlueprint users and describes how safety incidents, harassment, abuse, and youth-risk reports are handled.

1. Safety baseline

PlayerBlueprint is intended for legitimate youth sports operations. Users must act lawfully, professionally, and respectfully when using team, guardian, and messaging features.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
  • Sexual exploitation content, including any content involving minors.
  • Impersonation, account takeover attempts, and fraudulent invitations.
  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or malicious-link campaigns.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of personal information.

3. Reporting protocol

Reports may be submitted to support@playerblueprint.club with the subject line Safety Report. Include the account/team context, users involved, message references, screenshots, and a factual incident summary.

4. Enforcement actions

PlayerBlueprint may investigate incidents and apply remediation including content removal, account restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or referral to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Youth-risk escalation

Reports involving potential child exploitation, grooming, or threats of physical harm are prioritized for urgent handling and may be escalated immediately.

6. Policy updates

This Safety Standards policy may be updated as product features and legal requirements evolve.
