Last Updated May 11, 2026

1. Scope and application

This Privacy Policy applies to PlayerBlueprint web and application services, including team operations, scheduling, messaging, and guardian collaboration features. Depending on role and workflow, PlayerBlueprint may act as a controller of account-level information and as a processor or service provider for organization-managed content.

2. Information categories

Information processed through the service may include:

  • Identity and account data, including name, email address, and role assignment metadata.
  • Team and organization records, including schedules, rosters, and event responses.
  • Communications data, including invitation, notification, and messaging metadata and content.
  • Operational and security logs, including device, session, and anti-abuse signals.
  • Subscription and billing metadata associated with paid plans.

3. Purposes of processing

Information is processed to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, support team operations, deliver invitations and notifications, handle support and incident response, enforce platform safety standards, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases and authorization context

Where required by applicable law, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and consent where appropriate. Users submitting player or guardian information are responsible for having appropriate authority to do so.

5. Disclosures and service providers

PlayerBlueprint uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics support, and transactional email. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, terms enforcement, or protection of rights and safety.

6. Youth sports context and minors (COPPA compliance)

PlayerBlueprint operates in youth sports contexts and may process information associated with minors under 13. We are committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar child-protection regulations globally.

  • Parental authority: Organizations using PlayerBlueprint for players under 13 are responsible for obtaining prior verifiable parental or guardian consent before entering minor data into the system.
  • Data minimization: We collect only information necessary for youth sports operations: player name, age/birthdate, contact info, and sports-specific scheduling and performance data. We do not target or market to minors or use minor data for advertising.
  • Data security: All data, including minor information, is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to minor data is restricted to authorized coaches and guardians via role-based access controls.
  • Retention limits: Information associated with players under 18 is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and applicable legal requirements, then securely deleted. Parents/guardians may request data deletion at any time via privacy@playerblueprint.club.
  • Parental rights: Parents and guardians have the right to review, update, or request deletion of minor data at any time. No payment or service denial applies to reasonable deletion requests.
  • Third-party sharing: We do not share minor data with third parties for direct marketing or external services without explicit parental consent. Processing uses only trusted service providers under data protection agreements.

7. Retention, deletion, and backups

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, contractual performance, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Data may persist temporarily in backups and audit systems. Account lifecycle and deletion options are described on the Account Deletion page.

8. Security measures

PlayerBlueprint uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.

9. Privacy rights and requests

Privacy-related requests or inquiries may be submitted to privacy@playerblueprint.club. Additional verification may be required before actioning certain requests.
