Account Deletion and Data Removal

This page describes the in-app self-serve deletion process, fallback support path, expected effects of deletion, and retention exceptions that may apply.

1. Self-serve in-app deletion

Signed-in users can navigate to Profile and use the Delete Account danger-zone action. The flow requires manual confirmation by typing DELETE before account deletion is executed.

2. Fallback support request

If you cannot access your account, submit a deletion request to support@playerblueprint.clubfrom the account-associated email address.

3. Verification and abuse prevention

PlayerBlueprint may require additional verification where needed to prevent unauthorized deletion requests or account misuse.

4. Effect of deletion

Account deletion removes login access and deactivates the user account profile. Team data submitted under organizational control may remain available to authorized team/club administrators as part of continuing records of team operations.

5. Retention exceptions

Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, or dispute handling.

6. Subscription considerations

Deleting an account does not retroactively refund paid fees unless required by law or approved under the Billing and Refund Policy.
